This is a large silver and gilded metal fruit cutlery by Maison Moreau. They are from the period of Art Deco. The large silver and vermeil cutlery is from the Moreau house in Tours (now the Lecerf jeweller’s shop), French manufacture. The cutlery is in its original box divided into two rows, presenting respectively twelve three-pronged forks and twelve knives. The dimensions are in cm: Forks: Length: 16.5 cm. Knives dimensions: Length: 17.5 cm. Box dimensions: Height: 12 cm x Length: 32.5 cm x Width: 22.5 cm. Wear consistent with age and use.
