Very rare and elegant, early version of adjustable arc wall light by Florian Schulz, made in Germany in the 1970s. Out of production for decades.
The construction is made of polished brass, equipped with a fabric cable with actual EU plug.
Please note it can be mounted also directly to the wall power supply by cutting the plug. Round On-Off knob.
The lamp is hand-crafted and made of extremely high quality (Made in Germany).
A brass rod (height 95cm-37.4″) is attached to the wall.
The round arch with the large lampshade is attached to this brass rod.
The lampshade dimension is 37cm or 14.6inch.
The length of the swivel arm is 140cm or 55.1inch.
The round arch can be moved vertically up or down as desired; also it can be swiveled 180deg.
The lampshade can also be swiveled, from the inside to the outside. ( see pictures)
The lamp is therefore extremely versatile and adapts perfectly to the user’s need. The given dimensions are the minimal since the light is adjustable in many ways.
Very nice and high-quality model in good age and functional condition with beautiful, partly dark patina, stains and signs of use as can be seen in the individual pictures.
The company Florian Schulz was founded in 1949 and closed in 2018.
Lighting: takes one large Edison E26/27 base screw bulb up to 100W. Cable length : 520cm or 205inch
