Krachtwerk Schiedam’ Modernist Magazine Rack The Netherlands 1930s. A modernist – almost rationalist – Dutch magazine rack made by ‘Krachtwerk’ from Schiedam, near Rotterdam. Early 20th century, most probably 1930s. Great design with the use of tubular metal and wood. Good original condition with some wear due to age and use and a slight bend – as can be seen in the pictures. Signed at the base.
