Pamono Large Porcelain Candelabras with Cherubs and Flowers in Relief by Ginori Doccia, Italy, 1890s, Set of 2> Candleholders

A fabulous pair of large five-light candelabras in hard-paste porcelain, embellished with hand-applied floral decorations in the second firing and a central cherub. They are glazed porcelain finished in pure gold. They are marked under the base with an “N” under a crown, in blue underglaze, the mark of the Royal House of Ferdinand of Naples. They date to the late 19th or early 20th century, in the quintessential Art Nouveau style.
