Pamono Large Early 20th Century Garden Fountains, Set of 2

This pair of majestic Italian fountains was created in the early decades of the 20th century using mixed materials: concrete, gravel (small stones), and marble dust. They feature rich decoration inspired by a neoclassical style.

Aesthetically, they consist of two water basins. The large lower base rests on large feline paw-shaped feet. The dramatic central section features three large fish with water gushing from their mouths. The large fish tails intertwine upward, creating a base for the smaller upper basin, which contains a beautiful lotus flower at the end, completing the decoration with great elegance.

These two fountains are in excellent condition, given the natural signs of age and their outdoor use. As you can see from the photos on the back of the large tank, there’s a hidden compartment behind the fish that allows for the motor needed to operate the water.

Please note that the fountains will arrive disassembled, and assembly is not included. We recommend contacting your trusted gardener for installation. You’ll also need to purchase a new motor to operate the water and inspect the internal pipes required for water circulation. We can provide the motor and pipes if you wish, but this request must be made before ordering.
