Outlet Pamono Modern Japanese Ikebana Vase, 1980

Striking Japanese vase from the renowned Seyei kiln, marked with the kiln seal and complete with its original tomobako (wooden box).

Dimensions: height 27 cm, diameter 9 cm. Excellent condition.

The tall cylindrical form is coated in a crisp white glaze, decorated with playful star- or snowflake-like patterns in soft blue-grey. A delicate crackle in the glaze enhances the vintage character, reflecting the wabi-sabi aesthetics of aged beauty.

Originally created as a kabin (flower vase) for ikebana arrangements, this piece today stands out as a graphic and modern interior accent. Its minimal silhouette and geometric design bridge Japanese tradition with a touch of Scandinavian clarity.
