This is a stunning pair of early 20th century circa 1920’s Neoclassical style Chinese Chinoiserie lacquered torchere columns. These are quite simply the most decorative pillars I have ever seen. Usually these are relatively simple pieces designed as pedestals for flowers and antiques, not this pair, they start and finish decorated, even the tops have been painted to look like marble
